Ashleigh Gibler has over 10 years of experience in special education and behavior systems leadership, supporting PK–12 schools through the design, implementation, and oversight of evidence-based behavior supports. She currently serves as the Program Administrator for the BAT Project, where she provides statewide leadership focused on strengthening the quality and fidelity of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and non-exclusionary, instructional responses to student behavior. Ashleigh brings extensive expertise in PBIS, trauma-responsive practices, and adult professional learning, and is known for her ability to bridge systems-level expectations with practical, school-based implementation. Her leadership is grounded in prior experience as an Emotional Disabilities classroom teacher, ensuring that guidance and technical assistance remain both effective and feasible for educators.
