About me
I am a life long culinarian with 35 years of restaurant experience. My wife and I own a restaurant in North Carolina (Montero's) where we just celebrated 20 years in business. I am extremely proud to have worked in school nutrition for the last 10 years and senior nutrition (Meals on Wheels) for the last 6 years!!
