She currently serves as a SEL & Mental Health Liaison supporting two high school campuses, where she leads Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 mental health programming, staff professional development, and student intervention services.With more than 20 years of experience as a social worker, special education administrator and alternative school principal, Constance brings a unique perspective that bridges education systems and clinical mental health. Her work centers on transforming school culture through trauma-informed practices, restorative approaches, and social-emotional learning frameworks that promote student success and staff sustainability.Constance is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Candidate) and a recognized trainer in school discipline reform, trauma-informed practices, and student mental health supports.
