ISBE School Wellness Conference

Holly Kelly serves as the Director of Innovation & School Improvement at ROE 39, the SEL Coordinator for Area IV, and an Associate of Student-Centered Services for Illinois. She leads statewide initiatives centered on responsible AI integration, human-centered design, and emotionally intelligent instruction, working at the junctures of innovation, ethics, and well-being.As a keynote speaker, consultant, and lead facilitator with NeuralBridge, Holly partners with districts to support strategic planning and the design of future-ready learning environments—ones that balance digital fluency with deep humanity. Her work helps educators implement AI thoughtfully, cultivate student agency and empathy, and create systems in which every learner is seen, supported, and prepared.
