Dr. Kelly C. Zuerner currently serves as the Director of Staff Experiences and previously as Associate Principal for Staff & Students at Downers Grove North High School in Community High School District 99. With over 28 years of experience in public education, she has led initiatives in professional development, compliance, Title IX, Uniform Grievance processes, staff leadership, and school safety. Dr. Zuerner is known for her calm, collaborative leadership style and her ability to navigate complex policy, legal, and people-centered challenges. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration and is committed to creating safe, equitable, and effective learning environments for students and staff.
