About me
Lindsay leads Farm to Child Nutrition Program initiatives for the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), bringing 20 years of dedicated experience in school nutrition administration. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Illinois State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Tulane University. Throughout her two-decade tenure at ISBE, Lindsay has developed extensive expertise across diverse areas of child nutrition program administration. In her current role, she leads projects focused on local procurement, sourcing strategies, administration of the Local Foods for Schools (LFS) Cooperative Agreement, and management of the USDA Farm to School State Formula Grant.
