Lauren LaMantia is a dedicated School Counselor at Sherman Elementary School, where she has served her community for the past 13 years. A Professional Learning Community (PLC) leader, Lauren is passionate about creating environments where students don’t just survive, but thrive. Throughout her tenure, she has specialized in a strengths-based approach, motivating students by identifying their unique talents and providing platforms for them to exercise leadership. By balancing rigorous social-emotional support with opportunities for personal excellence, Lauren empowers her students to become confident, capable leaders of tomorrow.
