Yolanda Wilson Smith is a Chicago native and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities. She has provided counseling, mental health services, and family support across healthcare systems, Head Start programs, and community initiatives, and has led teams through administrative oversight, training, and professional development. An accomplished author and speaker, Yolanda is passionate about helping women cultivate gratitude, intentional living, and wellness. She has written seven books, including her latest, Unplug and Exhale: A 60-Day Devotional for Busy Women, inspiring women to slow down, recharge, and prioritize self-care. Yolanda enjoys life with her husband, Pastor C. R. Smith, and treasures her roles as bonus mom to three adult children and grandmother to one grandson. She also loves creative pursuits, board games, spa days, and quality time with family and friends.
