Mina Griffith serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services in Plainfield School District 202, bringing 28 years of experience in public education. In her current role, Mina leads the District’s Student Services Department, overseeing special education, social-emotional learning, health services, and McKinney-Vento supports. Her work is grounded in the belief that removing barriers and addressing the whole child are essential to student success, and she is committed to ensuring that every student receives the individualized supports they need to thrive.Mina has presented at state and regional conferences, including the IASB/IASA/IASBO Joint Annual Conference, IASA, and IAASE, where she shares best practices for school districts, including building strong systems of support for students and families.
